Abode prides itself on providing efficient property management services with a personalised approach.

After bad experiences with property managers looking after her own home, Leigh was inspired to offer a better service.

She wanted to bring something fresh, and started Abode Property Management with a focus on treating every home like it’s her own. Her flair for property management stems from her passion and ability to personally connect with people, especially her clients..

With over 10 years of experience, Abode especially understands the unique pockets of Auckland city’s central fringe suburbs.

About our Founder –
Leigh Richmond

My name is Leigh Richmond and I am mum to three adventure-loving kids, Emily, Olivia and Sam. I grew up in Auckland, now live in Westmere and am passionately involved in the community – you can regularly find me at Westmere school, at both the rugby and football clubs, and you may spot my Abode vehicle parked outside Seabreeze cafe, the Westmere butchery and/or Glengarry’s on any given day (maybe I shouldn’t write that ha?!)

I am a foodie, I love coffee and my dream day is a sunny one at Pt Chev with a good book.

I take the time to get to know you and appreciate your lifestyle because I know that everyone has specific needs when it comes to managing their homes. I look forward to meeting you and helping you manage your property, wherever you may live.
